Bookings

Reservations for cottages and suites are processed by Cloudbeds, our third-party booking engine. Payment and stay details you enter there are handled under Cloudbeds' own privacy and security practices, not stored on this website.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form on this site are submitted via Netlify Forms and delivered to our team so we can respond to your enquiry. We use the details you provide (name, email, phone, dates, message) only to reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a reservation.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from, what device they use, and which parts of the site (such as the resort map, the availability calendars and the "Book" buttons) they interact with. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measures activity in aggregate. IP addresses are truncated before they are stored, we do not collect names, email addresses or booking details through analytics, and we do not use analytics data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way. Reservations are completed on Cloudbeds, whose own privacy policy applies to the booking itself.
