Cottage 1 Description

1 row removed from beachfront (behind cottage 4) - semi-detached - 2 storeys - 1,100 sq ft - 3 bedrooms (with 5 beds) - 1 bathroom - full kitchen - open concept large dining/living space - covered patio

The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor; 2 of them have a queen size bed; one of them has 3 double beds; all have very powerful ceiling fans that will keep you cool on the hottest of summer days and nights.

The bathroom comes stocked with toilet paper, single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel. The shower has very strong water pressure.

The kitchen features quartz counter tops and is equipped with a high end LG fridge, gas stove/oven and microwave. You'll also find hand towels, a drip coffee maker that doesn't require paper filters, a toaster and a water dispenser that provides cold and hot water. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 12 guests, as well as a very large salad prep bowl with tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a large pan and a spatula.

There is a picnic bench on the covered the patio, from which you’ll have a lovely view of the lake. You’ll find beach chairs on your private section of beach, but you’re welcome to bring your own. In the evening, a beach bonfire pit will be available to you, and we can sell you the necessary firewood and help you start the fire.

• 14 cup drip coffee maker with paperless filter. Just bring the coffee, sugar and milk.

• Very powerful ceiling fans in the upper level bedrooms will cool you on even the hottest of days and nights

• The beds are made and have a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases

• We provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper, along with liquid dish soap for the kitchen, and liquid hand soap, body soap and shampoo for the bathroom

• We provide a charcoal BBQ, tongs and spatula. Please bring your preferred charcoal

• Beach chairs and a picnic table are provided

• Beach bonfires; we sell the firewood

• Walking distance to jet ski and paddle board rentals

• Beach volleyball net and other beach games (that you can even request us to have during your visit)
