Beachfront - ground floor - 390 sq ft townhouse unit - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - patio - full kitchen

This beautifully updated unit is really right on the beach and has ductless mini split air conditioning and heating

Each of the 2 bedrooms, featuring 2 double beds, have a powerful cooling ceiling fan.

The bathroom is stocked with single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel, and features a shower with strong water pressure and glass surround.

The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with high end appliances - LG fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave; Cuisinart 14 cup drip coffee maker (that doesn’t require paper filters) and toaster; hot cold filtered water dispenser. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 6 guests, as well as a veyr large salad prep bowl with tongues, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a strainer/colander, a large pan and a spatula.

• 14 cup drip coffee maker with paperless filter. Just bring the coffee, sugar and milk.

• Very powerful ceiling fans in the bedrooms will cool you on even the hottest of days and nights

• The beds are made and have a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases

• We provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper, along with liquid dish soap for the kitchen, and liquid hand soap, body soap and shampoo for the bathroom

• We provide a charcoal BBQ, tongs and spatula. Please bring your preferred charcoal

• Beach chairs and a picnic table are provided
