Beachfront - ground level - 300 sq ft townhouse unit - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom - patio - full kitchen
This beautifully updated unit is really right on the beach and offer incredible views.
The bedroom, featuring 1 queen bed, has a powerful cooling ceiling fan that will keep you cool on the hottest days and nights.
The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel, and features a shower with strong water pressure and glass surround.
The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with high end appliances - LG fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave; Cuisinart 14 cup drip coffee maker (that doesn’t require paper filters) and toaster; hot cold filtered water dispenser. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 4 guests, as well as a very large salad prep bowl with tongues, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a strainer/colander, a large pan and a spatula.
It can accommodates 2 guests in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
There is a picnic table on the covered patio.
