  • Yes. All of the cottages and all of the suites have air conditioning and they also have heating. There are mini split ductless systems in each unit.

  • Suite 200, Cottage 14 and Cottage 16 have 2 bathrooms.

  • In some cases, we permit hypoallergenic dogs, but there are conditions.

    They are not permitted on the beach, except for long walks along the water’s edge.

    They are not permitted on the furniture (e.g bed, sofa bed, couch, chairs, tables, etc.).

    They must not be aggressive toward anyone. They must not bark. It’s important that our guests are truthful to themselves about their pets noise levels.

    There is a $100 + HST nightly fee for up to 3 nights. We don’t charge more than $300 for the duration of the stay.

    We permit support dogs only if they are hypoallergenic and only under the same conditions and with the applicable fee as stated above. Otherwise, they are not permitted, even though they are support dogs.

    Service dogs are permitted without fees. But they must not be confused/mistaken with support dogs.

    In every case, the guest must call/email before they arrive to speak with our staff about their specific pet in order to receive approval to bring their pet.

  • No, but there are several coin laundromats just a quick 10 minute drive in nearby Port Colborne.

  • Check-in: 2PM

    Check-out: 10AM

    On occasion, we permit earlier check-ins and later check-outs depending on the availability of the unit.

    Extended check-out for a fee can be requested on the evening before or the the morning of your check-out, but no sooner. The cost is 50% of the nightly rate + HST and you can stay until 6PM. But, the unit must be available for that option.

  • No. We are very strict with this rule and will not permit the occupancy limit to be exceeded under any circumstance, not even for little children.

    Not only do we abide by the legal restrictions and zoning but by ensuring the maximum occupancy is not exceeded, we provide a very exclusive and private beach retreat for you and our other guests.

    Should you want/need to bring more people than what is permitted, you can, and will be required to, reserve an additional rental unit or switch to a larger unit than can accommodate everyone.

  • A $200 fee is added to each cottage/suite that is rented as part of each reservation. It includes the following:

    -Cleaning

    -Re-stocking of room amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, kitchen towels, bath towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and body wash and filtered reverse osmosis bottled water

    -Access to games like volleyball, badminton, corn-hole, ring toss, horseshoes, ping pong, foam axe toss and bocce

    -Assistance with starting bonfires and BBQs; helping to inflate floating water toys and assistance from our staff at all times during your stay

    The fee is non-refundable.

  • Use of our beach is only for guests who have rented a cottage or suite. Depending on availability, in the evening or the morning of your potential visit, contact us to determine if you can rent a cottage or suite from 12PM to 6PM in order to be able to access our beach. The fee is 50% of the nightly rate + service fee + HST.

  • There are no refunds for cancellations related to travel restrictions and medical/family emergencies.

    A 4% fee is charged for all cancelled reservations.

    For reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking and the check-in date is more than 30 days away, a full refund (minus 4% cancellation fee) will be in effect.

    For reservations cancelled after 24 hours of booking and the check-in date is more than 30 days away, a 50% refund (minus the 4% cancellation fee) is in effect.

    Only the service fee will be refunded if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in date. No exceptions.
