Beachfront - 2 storey - 780 sq ft townhouse - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - patio - full kitchen

This beautifully updated unit is really right on the beach.

The 3 bedrooms, featuring 2 queen beds and a double bed, are on the upper level, and all have a very powerful cooling ceiling fan.

The main floor features the bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area.

The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel, and features a shower with strong water pressure and glass surround.

The full kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with high end appliances - LG fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave; Cuisinart 14 cup drip coffee maker (that doesn’t require paper filters) and toaster; hot and cold filtered water dispenser. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 8 guests, as well as a very large salad prep bowl with tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a large pan, a spatula and a colander/strainer.

• 14 cup drip coffee maker with paperless filter. Just bring the coffee, sugar and milk.

• The beds are made and have a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases

• We provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper, along with liquid dish soap for the kitchen, and liquid hand soap, body soap and shampoo for the bathroom

• We provide a charcoal BBQ, tongs and spatula. Please bring your preferred charcoal
