Cottage 2 Description

1 row removed from beachfront (behind cottage 4) - semi-detached - bungalow - 650 sq ft - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - full kitchen - open concept large dining/living space

2 bedrooms each have a double bed, 1 has a queen and all have very powerful ceiling fans that will keep you cool on the hottest of summer days and nights.

The bathroom comes stocked with toilet paper, single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel. The shower has very strong water pressure.

The kitchen features quartz counter tops and is equipped with a high end LG fridge, gas stove/oven and microwave. You'll also find hand towels, a drip coffee maker that doesn't require paper filters, a toaster and a water dispenser that provides cold and hot water. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 8 guests, as well as a very large salad prep bowl with tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a large pan, a spatula and a colander/strainer.

There is a picnic bench by the entrance from which you’ll have a view of the lake. You’ll find beach chairs on your private section of beach, but you’re welcome to bring your own. In the evening, a beach bonfire pit will be available to you, and we can sell you the necessary firewood and help you start the fire.

• 14 cup drip coffee maker with paperless filter. Just bring the coffee, sugar and milk.

• Very powerful ceiling fans in the upper level bedrooms will cool you on even the hottest of days and nights

• The beds are made and have a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases

• We provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper, along with liquid dish soap for the kitchen, and liquid hand soap, body soap and shampoo for the bathroom

• We provide a charcoal BBQ, tongs and spatula. Please bring your preferred charcoal

• Beach chairs and a picnic table are provided

• Beach bonfires; we sell the firewood
