Beachfront - 2 storey - 1600 sq ft townhouse - 5 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (1 shower) - balcony + patio - full kitchen - open concept living and dining
This beautifully updated unit is really right on the beach and has ductless mini split air conditioning and heating on both floors
Each of the 4 upper level bedrooms feature queen beds, a very powerful and cooling ceiling fan, and accommodate 2 people per bedroom. The 2 beachfront bedrooms, which have ample space for cribs/pack-n-plays, have walkout balconies with amazing beach and lake viewsThe main floor bedroom has a twin bed so it accommodates 1 adult. 2-3 people more adults can sleep on the 2 large sectional sofas (that are not sofa beds) located in the living room.
Each of the upper level bedrooms have a powerful ceiling fan. All of the beds are dressed with mattress protectors, sheets, duvets and pillows.
The bathrooms are stocked with single use soaps & shampoos and a hand towel. The 2 piece main floor bathroom has a toilet while the 3 piece 2nd floor bathroom also has a shower.
The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with a high end LG fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave. You'll also find hand towels, a drip coffee maker that doesn't require paper filters, a toaster and a water dispenser that provides cold and hot water. There are enough utensils, plates and glasses for 12 guests, as well as a very large salad prep bowl with tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, pots of varied sizes, a large pan and a spatula.
There is a picnic bench under the patio, which is covered by the balcony above. And you’ll find beach chairs on your private section of beach. A beach bon fire pit will be available for you, and we can sell you the necessary firewood and help start the fire.

We provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper, along with liquid dish soap for the kitchen, and liquid hand soap, body soap and shampoo for the bathroom
We provide a charcoal BBQ, tongs and spatula. Please bring your preferred charcoal
